We kicked off December by decorating the tree the day after Thanksgiving. We love this tradition, and htis year Kail wanted to help . . . or rather he wanted to stand on the ladder a lot.
Our air quality has been less then steller so we spend a lot of our outings walking around stores. We just can't get over how cute he is in his "bear" coat. Because of the collar we told him this coat was like Captin Barnicle who is a polar bear on his favorite show Octonoats. Now he loves his coat.
Sunday Morning and 30 degrees outside Kail wanted to go drive his four wheeler. My response is to say its way too cold, but Jordan just pulls up the hood of his hoodie and out he goes, he is such a good daddy.
Kail has taken to playing with his toys a lot more lately, which means my living room is a mess but he is so funny to watch as he makes up stories with all the different characters.
All Kail wanted from Santa this year was a candy cain. We keep asking but thats all he will tell us, so imagin his delight when we got to see Santa at the ward party. After standing in line for 40 minutes (completely his idea, mom would have been happy to skip the line but Kail draged me there) he refused to sit in Santa's lap or even look at him really, but Santa gave him a candy cane and he LOVED it.
You can't tell from the pictures because Kail is the one opening presents and blowing out candles, but this is DADDY's birthday. Kail keeps informing us it was his so I guess he is 4 now. Again Daddy is a really good Daddy, and Mommey hopes he had a good birthday.
And to wrap things up before Trigg officialy joins the family, we went to see the lights on temple square. We have never see Kail get SO hyper before, not to say he wasn't well behaved, because he was but he was off the wall for the rest of the night. It was so much fun and Mommy was greatful that Daddy decided to try and go for the second time this year. The first time we were completely unable to find a parking spot.
